Change Heroes is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to lead and grow our demand generation team! We're looking for a smart and enthusiastic leader to drive and optimize a mix of inbound, outbound and paid programs and to integrate programs to support new product launches, strategic co-marketing campaigns and demand generation. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this is a key leadership position that is critical to our success as Change Heroes enters its next phase of rapid growth.

Your day-to-day will include cross-functional collaboration across our Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams, managing, tracking and presenting program budgets by channel and doubling our demand generation team within the first year. What you'll do

  • Provide leadership, career development and mentoring to direct reports and define developmental requirements for the demand generation team
  • Drive the current lead generation process and find new ways to improve creation and conversion of incoming leads
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to monitor all projects fueling demand generation and funnel performance, identify performance gaps and/or opportunities and allocate program funds to maximize ROI
  • Manage the demand generation budget, lead the quarterly planning process and ensure programs are executed flawlessly
  • Oversee paid search, SEO, display, digital advertising, and webinar programs
  • Communicate with the senior leadership team regarding program execution and lead performance results
  • Develop buyer personas and develop content strategies that map to the buyer's journey, improve lead quality and accelerate lead velocity

What you should have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience marketing B2B tech
  • 3+ years experience at a SaaS startup with a hyper-growth environment
  • 2+ years experience building/leading a team of both individual contributors and managers
  • Strong analytical skills with 3+ years of campaign response analysis
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue for a fast-growth company
  • Experience presenting to executive teams and large audiences
  • Proven track record of developing marketing strategy and overseeing media budgets
  • Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills
