Change Heroes is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to lead and grow our demand generation team! We're looking for a smart and enthusiastic leader to drive and optimize a mix of inbound, outbound and paid programs and to integrate programs to support new product launches, strategic co-marketing campaigns and demand generation. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this is a key leadership position that is critical to our success as Change Heroes enters its next phase of rapid growth.
Your day-to-day will include cross-functional collaboration across our Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams, managing, tracking and presenting program budgets by channel and doubling our demand generation team within the first year.
