Sales Development is the foundation of our sales organization, and this team is responsible for driving the leads and new customer acquisition. SDR’s are all about optimization and each person is encouraged to provide insight on how to make the lead generation process better.

As a Change Heroes Sales Development Representative, or SDR, you will be responsible for creating and building new business. Your day will include collaboration with the entire sales organization, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualify these leads by learning about their approach to hiring great talent. You’ll conduct calculated outreach to qualify leads before working with our Account Executives to set up successful demos.

  • Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to remain focused for long periods of time
  • The ability to triage competing priorities
  • Critical thinking and analytic skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce or any other intricate CRM a plus
  • BA or BS, or 2-year degree + relevant experience
