Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Best Offshore Betting Sites at changeheroes.com. Read them before you rely on anything published here. In short: this is an independent comparison site for offshore sportsbooks that accept US players, we earn commission from some of the operators listed, we do not run a sportsbook ourselves, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. By browsing the site you accept the terms below. Last reviewed Sep 24, 2026 by Tara Whitfield.
You must be 21 or older to use this site — or 18 where an individual sportsbook's own minimum age and your state's rules allow it. Gambling carries a real risk of losing money. If it stops being entertainment, call 1-800-GAMBLER, which is free and confidential.
Who runs this site and what it does
Best Offshore Betting Sites publishes reviews, rankings and explainers about offshore betting sites — online sportsbooks licensed outside the United States that accept American customers. We research odds and pricing, market coverage, payout speed and reliability, banking options including cryptocurrency, bonus terms and track record. We publish the results as editorial opinion.
We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, hold customer funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or operate any of the sportsbooks named on this site. Every account you open is a contract between you and that operator, governed by their terms — not ours. If you have a dispute over a voided bet, a limited account, a delayed withdrawal or a bonus that did not credit, it has to be resolved with the operator. We can pass on feedback, but we have no authority over any sportsbook and cannot recover funds on your behalf. You can still tell us what happened through our contact page, because reader reports feed into our reviews.
The legal position for US bettors — read this part carefully
The offshore sportsbooks covered here are licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica. They are not licensed or regulated by any US state gaming commission or control board. Accepting US customers is not the same as being authorized to serve them. For a bettor in the United States, using an offshore sportsbook sits in a legal grey area that varies by state.
- Regulated states. A growing number of states license online sports betting through their own gaming commission or lottery. In those states, regulated operators offer segregated player funds, formal complaint channels and state-mandated responsible gambling tools.
- Unregulated or restricted states. Elsewhere, online sports betting may be unregulated, restricted to retail or tribal venues, or prohibited outright. Some states have statutes that address the bettor directly; others target operators only.
- Your obligation. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you live and where you bet from. Check your own state's statutes and the rules of your state gaming commission or board before depositing. If you are unsure, consult a qualified attorney licensed in your state.
We do not present offshore sportsbooks as legal, licensed or regulated for US players, and nothing on this site should be read that way. Where an operator advertises a license, we describe it as an offshore license — we cannot independently audit a foreign regulator's supervision, and we say so rather than implying a guarantee.
What US state protections do not cover
This matters more than any bonus figure. When you bet with an offshore sportsbook:
- There is no US state regulator to appeal to if your withdrawal is delayed or refused.
- Player funds are not covered by state segregation requirements, and there is no state-backed guarantee that balances are protected if an operator fails.
- Formal dispute resolution and arbitration schemes run by state gaming boards do not apply to you.
- Responsible gambling tools — deposit limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion registers — may be thinner than at regulated US sportsbooks, or absent entirely. A state self-exclusion list will not block an offshore account.
An offshore sportsbook may delay or refuse payment, change limits, void bets under its own house rules, or close accounts. That risk is real regardless of how a site ranks here. Never deposit money you cannot afford to lose. Our responsible gambling resources cover setting limits and where to get help.
How our rankings and commercial relationships work
We earn money through affiliate commission. When you follow a link from changeheroes.com to a sportsbook and open an account, we may be paid by that operator. That is how the site is funded, and it costs you nothing extra.
Commission does not buy a position. Our order is set editorially, against the same criteria for every operator we assess: price and market depth, how quickly and reliably withdrawals are reported to be processed, banking options available to US customers, the material terms attached to bonuses, verification requirements, support quality and public track record. Editorial ratings — such as the 10.0 shown for Lucky Rebel or the 9.9 for Bovada and BetOnline — are our own scores. They are not customer review averages, not audited results, and not a promise about how your account will be handled.
We have not tested these sportsbooks by depositing or withdrawing. Our work is desk research: operator terms, published banking pages, licensing statements, reader reports and public track record, re-checked periodically. Advertised payout speeds are advertising until proven otherwise, and we label them that way.
Three examples of how we apply this
Lucky Rebel heads the list because it combines crypto-first banking — the route most closely associated with fast offshore payouts — with an aggressive front-end offer. The headline is a 125% welcome offer up to $1,250 plus a 50 FreeBet. As with every offshore bonus, that figure means nothing without the conditions: rollover, minimum odds, qualifying deposit, time limit and excluded markets are set by the operator and can change without notice, so read the current bonus terms on their site before you claim. Limitation: it is a newer name relative to the long-established operators below, which means a shorter verifiable payment history — the single most important thing when you are trusting a sportsbook offshore.
Bovada sits second on reputation and familiarity to US bettors rather than on bonus size. Its 50% welcome bonus up to $250 is modest by offshore standards, and it carries rollover and minimum-odds conditions you should check at signup. That restraint is arguably a point in its favor: smaller bonuses usually mean lighter wagering requirements. Limitation: market depth on niche leagues and prop coverage can be narrower than at price-led rivals, and account restrictions on winning bettors are a known feature of the offshore market generally.
BetOnline earns its place on breadth — a wide sports menu, live betting and one of the broader banking menus in the offshore space, including crypto alongside card and wire routes. The welcome offer is $250 in free bets; free bet stakes are typically not returned with winnings, and minimum odds and expiry apply, so treat the headline as a ceiling rather than cash. Limitation: promotional terms across its product lines are complex, and juice on some secondary markets is not the sharpest available.

Bonus terms are the operator's, not ours
We publish headline offers so you can compare them. We do not set, fund or honor them. Every sign-up bonus, reload bonus and free bet listed here is subject to the sportsbook's own terms, which commonly include rollover or wagering requirements, minimum odds per selection, minimum deposits, expiry dates, market and bet-type exclusions (parlays, live bets and low-odds moneylines are often treated differently), maximum cashout caps and one-per-household eligibility rules.
| Headline offer as advertised | What to confirm before claiming |
|---|---|
| Lucky Rebel — 125% up to $1,250 + 50 FreeBet | Rollover multiple, qualifying deposit, FreeBet expiry and minimum odds |
| Bovada — 50% up to $250 | Rollover, eligible payment methods, time limit |
| BetOnline — $250 in free bets | Whether stake is returned, minimum odds, expiry |
| BetNow — 125% up to $2,500 | Rollover on deposit plus bonus, excluded bet types |
| Everygame — 100% up to $500 | Wagering requirement, qualifying markets |
| BetUS — 100% up to $2,000 sports, 25% casino | Separate sports and casino rollover, cashout cap |
| Sportsbetting — 50% up to $250 in free bets | Free bet mechanics and expiry window |
| Xbet — 50% up to $200 on credit card deposits | Card-only eligibility, rollover, deposit minimum |
| MyBookie — 100% up to $1,000 for new players | Rollover, new-account eligibility, excluded markets |
| ApuestaHoy — 200% welcome offer | Maximum bonus amount, rollover, qualifying deposit |
Offers change. If what you see on the operator's site differs from what we show, the operator's live terms govern. Tell us and we will correct the page.
Money, deposits and withdrawals
All transactions happen on the operator's platform. We never ask for deposits, card details or wallet credentials. Typical offshore banking routes for US customers include cryptocurrency (commonly the fastest withdrawal path, and the one most offshore sportsbooks push), bank cards, bank wire, money transfer services and voucher or player-transfer systems. Availability, minimums, maximums, processing windows and withdrawal fees are set by each sportsbook and change without notice — verify on their cashier page rather than assuming a method works for US accounts.
Two things to keep in mind. First, crypto price volatility: a balance held in a volatile coin can lose value between deposit and withdrawal, independent of your betting results. Second, KYC. Lighter verification at signup is common offshore, but most operators run identity checks before paying a significant withdrawal — including first-time payouts and any payout that trips a limit. Expect to supply ID and proof of address at some point, and expect the process to add days.
Content, accuracy and what you may do with it
Everything here is published in good faith and reviewed periodically, with time-sensitive findings dated. We cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness — odds, lines, bonus terms, banking options and ownership all change, sometimes overnight. Use this site as a starting point, then confirm details with the operator.
- Betting tips, previews and analysis are opinion. Nothing here is a "lock," a guaranteed win or a prediction you should treat as certain. No betting strategy removes the risk of loss, and betting is not a reliable source of income.
- Odds, prices and market references are illustrative at the time of writing, in US dollars unless stated. Live prices are whatever the sportsbook shows when you place the bet.
- Tax treatment of gambling winnings is a matter for you and a qualified tax professional. Nothing on this site is tax advice.
- All text, rankings, reviews and design on changeheroes.com belong to us. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. Wholesale copying, scraping or republication is not permitted.
- External links, including links to sportsbooks, lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices or terms.
Acceptable use
- Confirm you are 21 or over — or 18 where a sportsbook's minimum and your state's law permit — before using the site or following any operator link.
- Do not use the site if you are self-excluded, are in treatment for gambling harm, or are prohibited from gambling where you live.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not present our content as your own or as the output of any sportsbook.
Liability and changes to these terms
We provide information. We do not accept liability for gambling losses, for funds held or refused by any offshore operator, for account closures or limits, for crypto value movements, or for decisions taken on the basis of content published here. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is."
We may update these terms as our methodology, commercial arrangements or the market change. The revised version applies from the date it is published, shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Questions, corrections and getting help
If something here is wrong — a bonus figure, a banking detail, a description of an operator — we want to know. Reach us through the contact page, and read how we work and who writes these reviews if you want the background on our methodology.
Finally, the part worth repeating. Bet only with money you can afford to lose, never to recover losses or to escape stress, and set your own limits before you deposit rather than after. Offshore sportsbooks may offer fewer safeguards than regulated US operators, so those limits have to come from you. Free, confidential help is available 24/7 on 1-800-GAMBLER.
